These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of rl.supply, operated by Redsnack Technologies Inc (“rlsupply”, “we”, “us”).
Use of the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. Content on the site, including text, graphics, logos, and published benchmark materials, is owned by or licensed to Redsnack Technologies Inc unless otherwise noted.
Open-source and licensed materials
Public benchmark cuts are released under the licenses stated in their respective repositories. Private held-out sets, sample packets, environments, and datasets are provided under separate written agreements and may not be redistributed, published, or used to train models except as those agreements permit.
No warranties
The site and published materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Preliminary benchmark results are subject to change.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redsnack Technologies Inc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
